Personal Training

Work one-on-one and in-person with a professional coach to create an individualized fitness and nutrition program.

Personal training sessions will meet you where you're at and guide you towards your goals.

No matter where you live, we've got you covered with our remote coaching.

Daily programming, weekly check-ins, and monthly calls to keep you accountable.

Our Custom Process

1. Discovery Call

Book your free discovery call with one of our professionals. The purpose of this call is for us to learn if we are a good fit to help you by asking questions and answering yours. If we are the perfect fit to help, we'll book an in-person consultation. If not, we'll make a local referral to another trusted professional.

2. Consultation

During your free consultation, we will revisit goals, assess ranges of motion, deliver important educational content, and begin crafting your custom plan to accomplish your health, fitness, and lifestyle goals.

3. Assess

During your first 2-4 weeks you will work 1-on-1 with a professional to create a functional diagnosis, list your success metrics, and your custom exercise prescription.

4. Develop

During this phase, you will continue to work 1-on-1 with our professional team to gain confidence and competence in 4 key areas:

  1. Moving safely, effectively, and efficiently.

  2. Reading and understanding exercise programming.

  3. Improving lifestyle factors that directly impact goal achievement.

  4. Understanding Historic Fitness' principles, as well as the foundations of recovery, capacity & exercise.

5. Ascend

Once you achieve freedom of movement and no longer need 1-on-1 sessions, you can join our small group sessions.

During these sessions, each client is performing their own custom program at a set session time with a maximum of 6 clients during that time. During these sessions, a professional is actively ensuring that everyone is receiving coaching, cueing, correcting, and feedback so you're never left wondering "Am I doing this right?"

This phase include monthly mentorship meetings with your lead professional to discuss progress, review relevant education, and reassess as needed.

6. Physical Freedom

Once you've accomplished your first set of goals and learned how to be successful we believe you've achieved Physical Freedom to choose your next adventure.

This may look like a maintenance program or one designed to help you excel on the Pickleball court. In this phase, you've gained the skillset to edit generalized programming for yourself and have reclaimed your physical freedom.
