Small Group Training
At Historic Fitness, our small group training classes offer the best of both worlds: individual coaching and group motivation. With only 4-8 people per session, you will receive guidance from our professional trainers while being motivated by like-minded individuals.
How Small Group Training Works
Warm-Up & Mobility
We use this time to elevate our body temperature and make sure you are ready to move through your full range of motion for any movement we have programmed for the day.
Strength Training
Using time-tested strength training methods, we will build a solid foundation of strength through full range of motion for both the upper body and lower body. This is where you will find your classic squat, bench press, and deadlift style movements.
Accessory Work or Conditioning
For accessory work days, we will place an emphasis on building muscle mass and correcting any imbalances you may have.
For conditioning days, we will focus on developing your cardiovascular endurance through movements such as biking, running, rowing, sleds, etc.
